Director: Sree Vass
Producer: Manchu Vishnu
Web2look rating: 3.25/5
Manchu Manoj, Varun Sandesh and Tanish are seen as children of Manchu Mohan Babu, Manchu Vishnu and Vennela Kishore are the sons of Raveena Tandon. Both the families live in Bangkok. Vishnu and Manoj always take on each other. Hansika finds that Mohan Babu and Raveena are ex-lovers and tries to bring both of them together in a marriage. Hell breaks lose between the two groups when they face each other. What happens finally is the rest.
How did they perform?
Mohan Babu did complete justice to the role with his histrionics and dialogue delivery. However, his acting slightly went overboard in some scenes. Vishnu did a decent job but had to work a lot on his dialogue delivery. Manoj is at his best as always with full of energy. His woman getup ‘Mohini’ is outstanding. Varun Sandesh is just okay and Tanish is a misfit. Raveena Tandon and Hansika are okay. Brahmi brings in good laughs in the second half and Dasari enters in a little cameo role.
The story of Pandavulu Pandavulu Thummeda is inspired from Bollywood film, Golmaal-3 in its first half and Chandra Vamsam film in the second half. Srivas put all his energies on the comedy department and it worked big time. He tried to add a bit of nativity to the story but the ploy failed making it predictable through out. Kona Venkat should have worked better on the dialogues.
The songs delivered by Bappa Lahari and Achu are average. Mani Sharma’s back ground music is excellent. Camera work is average and editing could have been better. Fights are average with Production values just okay.
